If You do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use apps in Your region. We do not require or encourage submission of sensitive personal information.

Tredge is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment firm. The Service provides market insights and automated signal generation only.
The Service does NOT: - Execute trades - Connect to brokerage or bank accounts - Provide financial advice - Provide personalized investment recommendations - Guarantee performance or profitability
All decisions You make based on the Service are Your own responsibility.
Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as: - Investment advice - Financial advice - Trading advice - A recommendation to buy or sell any asset
You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that You will not: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes - Rely solely on the Service for financial decisions - Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service - Circumvent access restrictions - Upload harmful or unlawful content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by their respective terms. We do not control their billing systems.
6.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly.
7. User Content
By submitting User Content (e.g., notes or preferences), You grant the Company a limited license to store and process it for operating the Service.
We do not claim ownership of Your User Content.
You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted content.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and content, belong to the Company.
You may not: - Copy - Modify - Distribute - Sell - Reverse engineer any part of the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time if You violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting Your account or uninstalling the Application.
11. “AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee: - Accuracy of market data - Signal performance - Profitability - Uptime or uninterrupted access - Error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of money, profits, data, or opportunities. - Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the greater of: The amount You paid in the last 12 months, or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from Your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
15. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
Disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class actions and group litigation are waived.
